Email / Phishing Messages
Please be aware and informed. Fraudulent emails appearing to be from reputable companies and businesses or governments agencies are still on the rise. The Internet scam known as “phishing” is an attempt to obtain your personal
financial information. We want to ensure our customers that Mortgage Access Corp. does not send email to anyone who is not a Mortgage Access Corp. customer, and will never solicit personal information via email, fax or mail. If
you receive an email that appears to be from Mortgage Access Corp., but unsure, please call Mortgage Access Corp. to verify. Any fraudulent, unsolicited emails should be reported to Mortgage Access Corp. and deleted from your email
system. If you have any questions or concerns related to fraud or email scams, please feel free to contact Mortgage Access Corp. at 888-605-6622
Report Suspicious Activity
Please do not email personal financial information. Email is not a secure method of online communication. It is Mortgage Access Corp. policy to never ask for personal information via email. If you receive an email that looks like
it's from Mortgage Access Corp. requesting personal financial information, it may be fraudulent - a "phishing" scam. Please report suspicious activity to Mortgage Access Corp. immediately. Please call us at 888-605-6622.
If you suspect you have been a victim of fraudulent activity or identity theft, we recommend that you call bureaus listed below to place a fraud alert with the three (3) credit bureaus (Transunion, Equifax, Experian). This

EXPERIAN: 888-397-3742
