COVID-19 Important Update: Please note, out of caution and concern for the communities we serve, Mortgage Access Corp. has instituted a remote work policy, effective March 17, 2020. All of our staff will remain fully committed to providing steady, uninterrupted and superior service -- now more important than ever as we navigate these uncertain times. As our current situation evolves, we will continue to monitor updates and take all the necessary measures to protect and support our employees, clients and valued partners.

During these times, Mortgage Access Corp. way of conducting business has changed, virtually overnight, in ways none of us could ever have imagined. Many of our office locations are open where permitted by law, but as stated most of our employees are equipped to work remotely and will continue to serve you without interruption. Loans in process could be affected by each state’s decision whether businesses such as settlement agents and appraisal firms can remain open during this time. We are in constant contact with state and Federal agencies as well as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA about how to handle probable business disruptions.
