We have recently become aware of home warranty mailings being sent to some Mortgage Access Corp. customers that may appear to be related to your mortgage. These solicitations are not from or authorized by Mortgage Access Corp.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Mortgage Access Corp. does not offer or renew home warranty plans.
• Some mailings may reference your mortgage lender, property address, or loan information to appear legitimate.
• These notices often create a sense of urgency by stating that a warranty is expiring or that immediate action is required.
• Some mailings are designed to resemble checks, payment coupons, or official mortgage-related correspondence but are advertisements for home warranty products.
• In some cases, fine print states that the sender is not affiliated with your mortgage lender.

If you receive one of these solicitations, do not call the telephone number listed in the mailing and do not provide personal or financial information.
